Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Create + Clay Co. carefully crafts each item and thoroughly vets the quality before sending it off to a new home. If your item(s) breaks within the first 15 days of purchasing, you may ship it back to the creator. After investigating the damaged item(s) and ensuring it was Create + Clay's lack of quality, you will have the following options presented to you: (1) the same item of no charge to you (depending on inventory) OR (2) in store credit that must be used within 90 days. Other than damaged items, Create + Clay Co. doesn't accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping & Processing
Create + Clay Co. will ship your order within 5 business days of the order being placed. Once your order has been dropped off at USPS, Create + Clay Co. is no longer liable for what happens to it. Create + Clay Co. has no control over the time it takes for USPS to process your order & is therefore not responsible for delayed deliveries and will not issue a refund under this basis. If your order gets lost while in USPS possession, you must contact them directly. Orders will not be replaced or refunded under these circumstances.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 12 hours of purchase by sending a message through the Contact Page. If you don't cancel your order within 12 hours, your order will continue to be processed.
